Working closely and collaboratively with project architects Alma-nac, Beyond Carbon ensured a robust Passivhaus outcome.
Working with Alma-nac and the rest of the design team throughout the design process, the result is a development that will achieve the Passivhaus Classic standard.
Thermal detailing was optimised, building services carefully tuned, and care taken with solar shading and daylight. With best-practice climate resilience incorporated into the design, occupants will benefit from a thermally comfortable home in both winter and summer, as well as year-round access to natural light.
