Bush House is an example of our large-scale Passivhaus Certification work, demonstrating our ability to support a client through the procurement process, as well as navigating complex technical issues.

Working to tight project timescales we were able to identify key project risks and opportunities, respond quickly to design team queries and guide the client team as they sought to enter into contract with the main contractor. Critical to this was our in-house process for carrying out quality assurance checks and due diligence on the building design. This culminated in a “letter of comfort” issued to the client which provided the balance of assurance and review of risks, while setting clear actions for the design team and contractor to mitigate those risks. In this process we demonstrated how we use the Passivhaus standards to drive best outcomes for a client.
